How long is the Kingsmill Win with Kingsmill running?
The Main Prize Promotion Period starts at 09:00 on 5th October 2020 and closes at 23:59 on 7th December 2020. During this time, we are giving away 850 cash prizes up of various values.
The Grand Prize Draw takes place on 14th December 2020.
If you enter between 00:00 on 8th December 2020 and 23:59 13th December 2020, you will not be able to enter into the Main Prize Promotion, but you will still be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
Who can enter and what age do you need to be?
This promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland) who are 18 years old or older.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?
Yes, if you are a GB resident (England, Scotland, Wales), you will need to buy a promotional loaf of Kingsmill Soft White Medium or Thick 800g from a participating retailer.
There is a code and date found on the best before label that is needed in order to enter the prize promotion.
Where can I buy a promotional pack?
You can buy promotional loaves of Kingsmill Soft White Medium or Thick 800g from most supermarkets and independent retailers.
I live in Northern Ireland; will I need to buy a promotional load to enter?
If you live in Northern Ireland, you do not have to make a purchase to enter. Details of how to enter are here.

How do I enter the promotion?
If you live in Great Britain (England, Scotland, or Wales) here is how to enter:
1. Buy a promotional loaf of Kingsmill Soft White Medium or Thick 800g from a participating retailer.
2. Go to Kingsmillwin.com.
3. Enter your residential door number, postcode and valid email address.
4. Please enter the first four letter/number combination on the best before tag plus the best before date also found on the best before tag.
Lucky winners will be notified immediately on screen and see which cash prize they have won.
All participants (winners and non-winners) will be automatically entered once into the Grand Prize Draw.
If you live in Northern Ireland, here is how to enter:
To enter email your full name, email address, postal address and phone number to here. An entry will be made on your behalf. Please allow 2 working days for your entry to be processed.
We can only enter you into the draw if you provide full detail and the residential address provided must be in Northern Ireland.
We will only notify you if you are a lucky winner.
How many times can I enter the prize promotion?
Only one entry per week (Monday to Sunday) per household will be accepted.
I do not live in the UK; can I still enter?
Sorry, but if you do not live in the UK, you cannot enter the promotion. It is running in the UK, so only people living in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland can enter.
Why do you need my address and email details?
We ask for your address details to ensure that a household enters only once a week.
And if you are a lucky winner, we will get in touch with you via the email address that you provided with further details of how to claim your prize. We can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.
Please be careful when entering your contact details. The last thing you want when you win is to have your prize delayed! Make sure your details are correct and that they match up with your proof of residential address and ID so we can send the prize soon as possible.
What happens to the details I provide?
The information you provide is stored securely and only used by our third-party suppliers for the purpose of this promotion and for sending out prizes.
What prizes are you giving away?
There are 850 cash prizes to be won during the Main Prize Promotion Period which runs from 09:00 Monday 5th October 2020 until 23:59 on Monday 7th December 2020.

500 x £10 cash prizes
We are giving away a further 12 cash prizes in the Grand Prize Draw on Monday 14th December 2020. Everyone who enters between 09:00 Monday 5th October 2020 and 23:59 Sunday 13th December 2020 will be automatically entered once into the Grand Prize Draw.
We are giving away the following prizes:

How are the prizes won during the Main Prize Promotion?
Prizes are pre-allocated via our winning moments system. If you enter during a winning moment, you will win the prize pre-allocated to that moment (If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry). The winning moment stays open until the prize has been won. So, it is all in the timing!
How will you notify me if I win a prize during the Main Prize Promotion?
All of our lucky winners during the Main Prize Promotion will receive an on-screen notification at the point of their win. The notification will state which cash prize you have won. If you are a winner, you will need to complete the outstanding residential address details on screen and then you will receive an email within 7 days to the email address provided at the point of entry with further details of how to claim your prize. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.
How are the prizes won during the Grand Prize Draw?
On Monday 14th December, there will be a random prize draw for a further 12 cash prizes. Each household will have one entry into the Grand Prize Draw, regardless of how many times a household entered during the Main Prize Promotion.
Our 12 lucky Grand Prize winners will receive an email at the address provided at the point of entry within 7 days of the draw. The email will let you know which cash prize you have won with further details of how to claim you prize. We can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.
How many times can I win?
A household can win a maximum of one cash prize during the Main Prize Promotion Period and one cash prize in the Grand Prize Draw.
How are the cash prizes sent and when will I receive mine?
Payment to winners will be made within 4 weeks of receiving and verifying proof of residential address and valid ID. For winners claiming towards the end of the Main Prize Promotion Period and Grand Prize winners, we cannot guarantee that prizing will arrive before Christmas although we will do all we can to arrange this for you.
Winners can choose how to receive their cash prize. It can be sent by cheque to the name and residential address supplied at the point of entry; via a bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the name of the winner; or sent by SMS text to winner’s mobile phone that can then be used to instantly collect the cash from over 17,000 participating cash machines across the UK. Neither bank account details nor bank card is required to collect cash via the cash machine, just the unique details and PIN code included in the text message.
My code doesn’t work.
Please make sure you type in the first two letters and the first two numbers of the code found on the best before tag found on either Kingsmill Soft White Medium or Thick 800g loaf. The day should be written as a two-digit number – for example 04.
